Kazoo Product Videos

When I started Kazoo had not incorporated video into their Marketing strategy at all. So one of the biggest components of the new video strategy we started with was the creation of these promotional Product Videos to be shared on Youtube and drive traffic to the website.

I acted as the creative director on all these videos: working with the Product Marketing team to come up with the messaging, outline, and video script, then storyboarding and creating all the vector graphics, then working with a Creative team of motion graphic artists to realize our vision.

These product videos are a key part of our overall video strategy. The top two goals of our YouTube channel were to (1) increase overall brand awareness and (2) drive traffic to our company website. But before we could successfully accomplish either of these objectives, we knew we would have to first build a presence and audience on YouTube. We began in earnest in 2021, publishing a variety of content to our channel, including customer testimonials, content summaries of articles, 

educational and thought leadership videos, webinars, and of course these product videos. I was involved in the creation of all the videos on the channel, but we put the greatest amount of planning and creative resources into the product videos, because we saw them as a key driver in communicating our brand and showing the capabilities of our platform to our audiences. The above stats show how our channel has grown over the past year.
